The latter option is available in a special Eco configuration. Both engines come with either a six-speed manual gearbox or an eight-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
There are also petrol unites which start with a turbocharged 2.0 L unit. The engine is capable of producing 197 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque. Last but not least is the Ferrari-developed aluminum 3.0 L V6 bi-turbo which is capable of making 503bhp in the Quadrifoglio. The Alfa Giulia is available in front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations.
It is expected that the new 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia will get several fierce competitors in its segment.
